How to buy online!

Haben Sie Interesse, ein Tier beim Qnetics Sale zu kaufen, und möchten Sie online an der Auktion teilnehmen? Der Prozess des Online-Bietens besteht aus vier Schritten:

 

Schritt 1: Registrieren Sie sich (ab sofort möglich)

Um ein Online-Gebotskonto zu erstellen

  • besuchen Sie die gesicherte Registrierungsseite unter https://cattle.qnetics.de/register
  • geben Sie Ihre persönlichen Daten ein und bestätigen die Nutzungsbedingungen,
  • klicken auf die Schaltfläche „Jetzt registrieren“.

Im Anschluss erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungsmail.

Schritt 2: Warten Sie auf die Bestätigung Ihres Kontos

  • Nach der Registrierung muss Ihr Konto verifiziert werden. Dies kann bis zu zwei Tage dauern.
  • Wenn Ihr Konto bestätigt wurde, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit weiteren Informationen zur Erstellung Ihres Benutzernamens und Kennwortes.

Schritt 3: Bieten Sie online bei der Auktion

  • Sie können am Dienstag, den 18. Mai 2021 um 20:00 Uhr mit der Abgabe von Geboten beginnen und sich über den Login-Button oder über https://cattle.qnetics.de/login anmelden.
  • Geben Sie Ihren Benutzernamen und Ihr Passwort ein.
  • Dadurch gelangen Sie automatisch in das Gebotssystem.
  • Wenn Sie online an der Auktion teilnehmen, sehen Sie den Auktionator live sowie alle Gebote von Bietern am Veranstaltungsort und Online.

Wichtig: Bevor Sie bieten können, müssen Sie zuerst die Gebot-Schaltfläche freischalten. Das separate Entsperren der Gebotstaste ist ein zusätzlicher Schutz für den Käufer. Die Chance aus Versehen ein Angebot zu platzieren, wird dadurch reduziert.

Nachdem Sie die Gebot-Schaltfläche aktiviert haben, geben Sie durch einen einzigen Klick darauf Ihr Gebot ab. Um ein Bieten in Echtzeit zu gewährleisten, müssen Sie Ihr Gebot nicht durch einen weiteren Klick bestätigen. Die Gebot-Schaltfläche zeigt immer das aktuellste Gebot an.

Wenn Sie geboten haben, wird auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt, ob Ihr Gebot angenommen wurde und ob Sie der Höchstbietende sind.

Schritt 4: Sie sind der Höchstbietende

Wenn Sie der Höchstbietende sind, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung. Sie werden nach der Auktion kontaktiert. Dafür müssen Sie unter der von Ihnen bei der Registrierung angegebenen Telefonnummer erreichbar sein.

How to buy online!

Are you interested in watching the Qnetics Sale and do you want to participate online?
The process of online bidding consists of four steps:

Step 1: Register yourself from now on

To create an online bid account

  • you visit the website https://cattle.qnetics.de/register. You will then be redirected to a secured registration page.
  • There you can fill in your personal details,
  • confirm the terms and conditions and
  • then click on the „Register now“ button.

Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Step 2: Wait for verification of your account

  • After registration your account needs to be verified, this can take up to two days.
  • Once your account has been verified, you will receive an e-mail with more information on how you can create your username and password.

Step 3: Bid online at the auction

  • You can start placing bids on Thuesday May 18th 20.00 a.m. and login via the login button or https://cattle.qnetics.de/login
  • Fill in your username and password.
  • This will automatically get you in the bidding system.
  • If you participate online at the auction, you will see live the auctioneer as well as other online bidders.

Important: Before you can place a bid, you must first unlock the bid button. Unlocking the bid button separately is an additional protection for the buyer. The chance to make an offer by mistake is even reduced.

After activating the bid button, you will participate in the auction by a single click on the bid button (no further confirmation of the bid needed). The bidding button will always display the last bid.

If you have placed a bid, the screen will indicate whether your bid has been accepted and whether you are the highest bidder.

Step 4: You are the highest bidder

If you are the highest bidder, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation. You will be contacted after the auction, therefore it is important to be available via the telephone number provided in your account.

Terms and Conditions

Auszug aus den Auktions- und Versicherungsbestimmungen

Mit der Abgabe eines Gebotes werden diese Bestimmungen vom Käufer anerkannt:

  • Auktionsstandort: An der Hessenhalle 1 / 3, 36304 Alsfeld
  • Auktionstermin ist der 2. Februar 2024 um 20:00h. Ab Donnerstag, den 1. Februar 2024, 12:00h, ist es bereits möglich, online ein Gebot abzugeben (vorab Registrierung notwendig).
  • Verantwortliche Organisatoren sind die Qnetics GmbH und GenHotel.
  • Die Tiere werden im Namen oder in Kommission der Qnetics GmbH verkauft.
  • Jeder Auktionsteilnehmer unterwirft sich den geltenden Auktionsbedingungen.
  • Jeder Beschicker ist verpflichtet, ihm bekannte wertmindernde Mängel (z.B. nicht ersichtliche Verletzungen, unvollständige Katalogangaben usw.) vor Beginn der Versteigerung unaufgefordert der Veranstaltungsleitung bekannt zu geben.
  • Vor Beginn der Versteigerung werden gemeldete erhebliche Mängel sowie unrichtige oder unvollständige Katalogangaben bekannt gegeben.
  • Alle Tiere stammen aus amtlich anerkannten tuberkulose-, brucellose- und leukosefreien Betrieben.
  • Alle deutschen Tiere sind bei Lieferung negativ auf BHV1 (IBR) untersucht und haben einen BHV1-freien ungeimpften Status. Sie sind alle virologisch negativ auf BVD/MD untersucht. Tiere aus dem Ausland können in Absprache mit dem Käufer nachträglich weiteren Untersuchungen unterzogen werden.
  • Vom Käufer zu zahlender Rechnungsbetrag: Zuschlagspreis + 10 % Kommission + ggf. Quarantäne- bzw. Exportkosten + gesetzliche MwSt.
  • Bei Doppelgeboten und Streitigkeiten entscheidet die Auktionsleitung. Der Kaufvertrag tritt in dem Moment in Kraft, in dem der Zuschlag erteilt ist. Mit dem Zuschlag geht das gesamte Risiko für das Tier auf den Käufer über. Der Verkäufer hat indes die Pflicht, das Verkaufstier bis zur Auslieferung an den Käufer bestmöglich zu versorgen.
  • Die Bezahlung durch den Käufer hat innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Rechnung zu erfolgen. Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung bleibt das Tier im Besitz des Verkäufers.
  • Beim Verkauf ins Ausland werden von der Qnetics GmbH und GenHotel, je nach Exportbestimmungen, alle nötigen Maßnahmen in Absprache mit dem Käufer organisiert.
  • Verkaufte Tiere müssen vom Käufer innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach der Auktion bzw. direkt nach Quarantäneende abgeholt werden. Anschließend werden Futterkosten in Höhe von 4,- € / Tag in Rechnung gestellt. Sollte eine Quarantäne erforderlich sein, so belaufen sich die Kosten dafür auf ca. 300,- €, die je zur Hälfte vom Käufer und Verkäufer zu tragen sind. Nach Quarantäneende hat der Käufer das Tier beim Verkäufer abzuholen bzw. für den Transport zu sorgen und zu bezahlen. Darüber hinaus gehende Kosten für Untersuchungen (außer BHV1 bzw. BVD/MD) müssen vom Käufer übernommen werden. Die Veranstalter stehen dafür helfend zur Seite.
  • Alle Anpaarungs- bzw. Embryonenverträge sowie genomischen Untersuchungsergebnisse und Vornutzungsbescheinigungen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Terms and Conditions

Extract of the sale and insurance terms

By placing a bid you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Location: An der Hessenhalle 1 / 3, 36304 Alsfeld.
  • Sale will be held February 2nd 2024, 8.00 p.m. You can start placing bids on Thursday February 1st, 12.00 a.m. (registration needed).
  • Responsible organizations are Qnetics GmbH and GenHotel.
  • All lots sell on behalf of Qnetics GmbH.
  • Each participant in the sale agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.
  • Each consignor warrants to report all depressive defects (i.e. not obviously visible injuries, missing pedigree information) to the sale committee prior to the beginning of the sale.
  • All reported or examined depressive defects and incorrect or missing catalogue information will be announced prior to the sale.
  • All animals are from officially approved tuberculosis-, brucellosis- and leukosis-free herds.
  • All German animals are tested negative for BHV1 (IBR) and have a BHV1-free non vaccinated status. All are tested virologically negative for BVD/MD. Further tests for foreign animals can be done in accordance with the buyer.
  • Bidding prices are net prices. Buyer pays the following: bidding price + 10% commission + eventual costs for export and transport + VAT.
  • In case of two or more claiming the bid and in case of dispute, the final decisions are made by the sales organization. The purchase contract is a fact at the moment when the bid is accepted. From that moment on all risk of the animal is the responsibility of the buyer whereas the seller has the responsibility to take ‘as good care as possible’ until delivery of the animal.
  • Payment has to be made by the buyer within two weeks after receiving the invoice. The seller will keep ownership until full payment of the buyer has been received by the sales organization.
  • For animals sold to foreign countries, Qnetics GmbH and GenHotel will organize all arrangements depending on the individual export regulations.
  • All animals purchased have to be picked up by the buyer within two weeks after the sale. Afterwards feeding costs will have to be paid at 4,-€ per day. If for export a quarantine is needed, the costs for quarantine (around € 300) will have to be paid 50% by the seller and 50% by the buyer. When the quarantine ends the buyer has to pick up the animal himself or has to organize and pay for a transport. The costs for veterinarian tests besides BHV1 and BVD/MD are the responsibility of the buyer. For all of this, the sales organizations will help and support the export.
  • First choice between two or more females offered has to be chosen by the buyer within two weeks after the sale.
  • All pedigrees, mating- and embryo-contracts as well as genomic results are available upon request.
